Flooring and Molding
We provide all the steps for an outstanding finish: toners, primers, stains, fillers, sealers, glazes and topcoats. Water-based and solvent-based coatings, spray or vacuum applied, PPG supports the wood and resilient flooring segment, as well as the architectural moldings industry.

Joinery
With proprietary resins designed specifically for joinery, our coatings are compatible with a variety of end uses including windows, patio and entry doors, siding, exterior trim and decking. Our products meet FGIA/AAMA 613/614 and 623/624/625 specifications requirements.

Cabinetry
Working with color specialists, PPG anticipates trends in residential color and helps to create looks for flooring and cabinets that keep our customers ahead of latest design styles. Most of these products are spray-applied, enabling fast and uniform coverage.

RAYCRON® Radiation Curing
Designed to meet the requirements of the flooring, wall panels, wood furniture and consumer electronics industries, Raycron ultraviolet (UV) and Electron Beam (EB) curable coatings require much less energy than conventional coatings using heat and cure into seconds only. They can be made from 100 percent solids, but also with a mix of waterborne and solventborne formulations.

Delivering excellent color uniformity and endurance via a variety of application methods, Environ waterborne stains bring out the natural beauty and contrast in any wood substrate. These products are the ideal choice for millwork, flooring, architectural and cabinetry components. These products improve the bond between the substrate and the rest of the coating stack, allowing for good build, profile sanding and a much smoother finish.

PPG FLEXACRON® Coatings
Independently tested in extreme environmental conditions, Flexacron is a high-performance, low-bake solvent-based wood coating system that combines excellent color fidelity and gloss retention with exceptional chalk and chemical resistance. Flexacron is formulated for both interior and exterior applications. Not currently available in Europe.

Aqualink (also referred to as 'PPG Wood Finishes') is a water-based coating primarily used for interior and exterior window and door applications. Low VOC [< 2.0 lbs./gal. (<907 gms.litre)] with pencil hardness and solid chemical resistance, Aqualink is available in clear-based products with tinting capabilities.
